Use the BANTER_Predict repository to package acoustic studies for the R package BANTER and conduct predictions using the PC vs OTHER model.
Generate event summary plots of encounters (events) predicted on.
Evaluate using the following criteria each acoustic encounter scored above 50% for PC. (Note: to achieve a 90% or higher classification score of PC there needs to have been at least 10 acoustic signals within all the 8 possible detectors used in the model)
>10 signals within each detector available within the event
Whistles contours are primarily between 4 & 9 kHz with 0.5 sec duration
Echolocation signals are primarily between 12 & 22 kHz
