This page will house information for current and past glider missions.

Data Links
The above table contains several links to different data products.
The ‘seaglider.pub’ column will contain the link the mission piloting/basestation outputs on the public-facing seaglider.pub vis. Missions conducted in collaboration with OSU will be found at noaaosu.seaglider.pub. Future PIFSC-owned glider missions will be at pifsc.seaglider.pub (not yet live).
The ‘ERDDAP’ column will contain the link to the glider dataset when it is published to the ERDDAP of the IOOS National Glider Data Assembly Center.
The ‘Internal Data’ column contains links to various PIFSC-internal data products, stored within the NMFS PAM-SI Google Cloud Platform (GCP) project. Users will only be able to access these data if they have been granted appropriate access and permissions for that project. There are two types of Internal Data links:
- piloting: Raw piloting basestation files, tracks, and data products from the mission post-processing workflow. The most relevant data products for users will likely be in the ‘profiles’ folder, specificially the ‘gpsSurface’ and ‘CTD’ tables
- recordings: Raw and/or processed acoustic data, typically in
.wav
or.flac
format. May contain decimated datasets (e.g., 1 and 10 kHz sample rate) depending on mission analysis goals
